I get error message 'Error cannot download/open page" when I tried to download my e-Statement.
You will need to change a setting in your internet options to enable downloading of statement.
- click on the 'start' button in the bottom left corner of your screen
- click on 'control panel'
- click on 'internet explorer'
- click on the 'advanced' tab
- scroll down until you you the heading 'security', make sure 'do not save encrypted page to disk' is ticked
- click on 'ok' to make the changes
Once this is done go back to your Web Banker screen and click on 'view' next to the statement and click on 'open'.
