CUA CUA

What is a WAC and how do I obtain one?

A WAC - or web access code - is a six digit number that is known only to you and that works in a similar way to a personal identification number (PIN) to give you access to your CUA accounts via Web Banker.

Your WAC is used along with your membership number to uniquely identify you on Web Banker.

You need to contact us on 133 cua (133 282) or visit your local branch for a temporary WAC.

You will be prompted to change your temporary WAC the first time you log on to Web Banker. Once changed, your new six digit WAC will become the code you’ll use to access Web Banker from then on.

For security reasons, it’s important that you don’t disclose your WAC to anyone.
