Appointment of Marketing Insights Manager drives new opportunities for CUA
Matt Dickerson is bringing a wealth of knowledge to CUA (Credit Union Australia) following his recent appointment to the position of Manager – Marketing Insights, based at CUA’s Melbourne hub office.
Mr Dickerson said his previous experience in the field and working for NAB, Origin Energy and the Fosters Group had enabled him to hit the ground running in his new role at CUA.
“My previous role was as a Consumer Insights Manager at NAB which allowed me to study consumers’ attitudes, needs and behaviours through gathering data and interpreting information,” he said.
“Through my job I was able to devise strategic insights and from there advise various divisions within NAB on how to improve results.
“My role within CUA, although completely new to CUA, will be quite similar to my previous role at NAB except that I will now have a much broader range of responsibility.
“Also, CUA is a member based organisation which means that we are consumer centric rather than being all about making large profits. I find it refreshingly different.
“My end goal is to drive a fact based decision-making culture that empowers CUA to achieve business targets while delivering beyond consumer expectations – that to me is definitely a change for the better.”
