Switch to CUA
CUA offers a dedicated account switching service. We make it easy for you to switch to CUA to do all of your banking with us.
Follow these three easy steps to switch your accounts to CUA and discover the CUA difference:
- If you are not an existing member, download and complete a CUA membership application form.

- Ask your current financial institution for an account switching statement. This will provide you with a list of your regular direct debits and direct credits (payments that are made directly to or from your current bank account). Using this information, complete the following form:

CUA can either notify the relevant organisations on your behalf that you have switched your account to CUA or you can do this yourself by using the following letters:
Change advice letter – direct debits
Change advice letter – direct credits
Change advice letter - direct debits on scheme cards
- Complete and sign all of the forms and give them to us - we’ll organise the rest!
