Used with our general security guidelines, Web Banker is a secure and convenient way to do your everyday banking.
For your protection, we suggest you take note of the following:
- CUA will never ask you for your Web Access Code (WAC) by any means including email or telephone
- Never access WebBanker within an email link and disregard emails that request same. Always be on the alert for fake websites and suspicious emails purporting to be from CUA. Delete any suspicious emails immediately and scan your computer for viruses. Do not click on any links or open any attachments.
- Avoid using public computers to do your online banking.
- Always type www.cua.com.au into your address bar or use your favourites/bookmark to access WebBanker.
- Act quickly and contact CUA if you think you have been affected.
- Internet Explorer 7 has moved the Lock icon from the status bar to an area next to the address bar.
